Velvetina Lim
PhD Student in Organisations and Innovation
UCL School of Management
I am a social networks and creativity scholar.
My research uses a social networks perspective to understand the creative idea evaluation process.
I ask two questions:
-
How do individuals identify creative ideas at work?
-
How do employees react to evaluations of creative ideas?

I enjoy using a variety of research methods (e.g. experiments, archival data, field surveys, qualitative observations) to address my research questions in interesting organizational contexts.
